PLAYGROUND RULES

Payments
Full payment of £150 is taken to confirm your VIP booth. If you are refused entry your payment will be paid back via bank transfer within 5 working days, it will not be given back at the venue.

Arrival Time
You must arrive at 10pm for your table booking. If you arrive any later your table will be forfeited.

Entry Requirements
All guests of Dollhouse must be over the age of 18 and have ID. We operate a challenge 25 policy and random searches.

Dress Code
Dollhouse operates a cool and stylish dress code. We do not allow sportswear, hats, hoodies, man bags, big jewellery, group t-shirts or fancy dress under any circumstances. Fashion trainers are allowed, no sports trainers. If in any doubt, please do not wear!

Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse entry, bookings do not guarantee entry, our super strict door policy still applies and entry will be only be permitted once you have been vetted at the venue.

Drinks Order
All table bookings will receive waitress service.

Cancellation
If you cancel and give less than 48 hours notice you will lose your payment and you will not be able to book again for 6 months. 

Management reserves the right to re-sell and/or re-locate your table under special circumstances.
